We have been very impressed with the service we received from Swans of Gravesend, from our initial enquiry right up to after the installation. Having never had major works like this done before, we were pleased with how any concerns we had were dealt with. The process was made so much easier with the professionalism of all the staff, from the bathroom designer through to the fitter. We must give a special mention to Simon, who installed the bathroom – he went above and beyond, to ensure that every little detail of the fitting was perfect. A big thank you to everyone at Swans.

Family owned shop, that treats you like a real person. They Make you feel comfortable and relaxed and you can have an honest open chat about your needs and budget. They can design your kitchen for you from scratch , or play around with an existing design you may have. They are ALWAYS ready to adjust or discuss the design to make sure it fits within your budget and style. We took a design In with us , and after playing around with it they have given us more options that we hadn’t thought of. We have a tight budget, but as I said earlier they can offer alternative fixtures/ fittings without compromising on quality and the style you want.

I have just had my bathroom and cloakroom totally updated to fresh and modern. Tim who fitted it all was a sheer pleasure to have in your home completing the work to a high standard and kept the mess down to the minimum. He worked for 3 weeks ,2 of which I just left him too it whilst I went away. He was reliable and honest. Very glad I went with this company and would recommend to any one. Took me a long time to decide on this company having trawled through Wickes, Bathstore etc.
